WOOD-FIRED SOURDOUGH PIZZA
Once we hit 12 midday, we wake up Gloria, our wood-fired oven hand-crafted in Naples and brought to London just for us, to start making the most delicious sourdough pizza.
Named for the famous cycling hill-climbs of the world, pizzas such as the Stelvio (with Mascarpone, Courgette, Smoked Scamorza & Red Onion) and the Tourmalet (with San Marzano Tomato, Mozzarella, Nduja, Chorizo Salami & Ancho Chilli) have become favourites for all who visit The Dynamo.
